Refund and Returns Policy
At Khandige Organic Health Products,
our refund and returns policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange if 15 days have elapsed since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
– Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
– Be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that purchases should not be sent back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to our physical address (provided upon request).
– Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
– If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
