Trendzilla (A Unit of Artix) respects your fundamental right to digital privacy. As a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we collect and process only the minimal digital personal data required to fulfill e-commerce transactions, generate statutory GST tax invoices, and dispatch parcels to your delivery address.

• Contact Identifiers: Full name, telephone/mobile number, and email address for order notifications and OTP verification.
• Delivery Destination: Door number, street, landmark, city, state, and 6-digit Indian Postal PIN code for courier routing.
• Transactional Records: Purchased SKU, sizing, order amounts, and Razorpay payment authorization reference numbers. We never store card numbers, CVVs, or bank netbanking passwords.

• Right to Access: View the summary of personal data being processed about you in your Customer Account.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: Request updating of inaccurate details or erasure of personal data that is no longer necessary for tax/legal retention.
• Right to Nominate: Designate an individual who, in the event of death or incapacity, may exercise your data principal rights.
• Right to Grievance Redressal: Submit inquiries or concerns directly to our designated Data Protection Officer.
