1. Return Window & Initiation Workflow

You may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 calendar days from the date Delhivery delivers your package. To initiate:

1. Log into your Trendzilla Account using your registered phone or email.
2. Locate your delivered order and click "Request Return / Exchange".
3. Select the reason (e.g. Size Too Small, Size Too Large, Style Mismatch) and choose whether you want a replacement size or refund.
4. Alternatively, message our Dispatch Desk via WhatsApp / Email at [email protected] with your Order ID and photo of the item.

2. Free Doorstep Reverse Pickup via Delhivery Express

Once your return request is authorized, a Delhivery reverse pickup agent will visit your address within 24 to 48 hours. Please ensure:

• The item is packed inside its original brand box.
• The reverse pickup AWB barcode is verified before handing over the parcel to the courier executive.
• No reverse shipping fee is charged to the customer for genuine size exchanges or verified defects.

You may cancel an order free of cost at any time prior to courier dispatch from our Godown (cutoff 16:00 IST daily). Once manifested with Delhivery, you can refuse acceptance upon delivery, and full refund will be processed upon courier RTO return.
